Job Description
The Regulatory Compliance position in Southeast Asia is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. This role involves developing compliance strategies, conducting audits, and providing training to staff on compliance matters.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
- Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the region.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
