Cashier - Toa Payoh

Job Summary:

We are hiring a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing efficient checkout services and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate POS systems to process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and issue receipts or change correctly.
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Manage cash drawer, perform end-of-day balancing and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support store operations such as restocking or basic housekeeping when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary/’O’ Level education or equivalent.
• Prior retail or cashiering experience preferred, but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic numeracy and attention to details.
