Bukit Batok - Laboratory Technician / QC Analyst

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses on mechanical and physical properties such as tensile strength, hardness, abrasion, MVR, density, and impact.
• Conduct instrumental analyses including FTIR and DSC.
• Prepare test specimens using injection molding and/or extrusion methods.
• Ensure product quality through QC checks on final products according to established procedures.
• Document all test results systematically in compliance with ISO standards.
• Support internal and external ISO audit activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Re-validate and improve testing methodologies for continuous quality improvement.
• Investigate and follow up on customer complaints with proper lab analysis and reporting.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment as scheduled.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials, retention samples, and documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
• Provide technical support to Production, R&D, and Sales teams as needed.
• Monitor and ensure availability of lab consumables to support daily operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holders are preferred for Lab Technician roles; minimum O-Level (with passes in Science and Mathematics) accepted for QC Analyst positions.
• Entry Level are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Must be willing to work on Jurong Island
