IT Administrator (Contract)

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only (due to project requirements)

Job Overview The IT Administrator will provide administrative support to the IT Operations team deployed at the customer site. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination of IT service requests, asset tracking, and operational support activities to maintain service delivery efficiency.

1. Raise and manage service request tickets in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system as required by support teams or clients, ensuring timely tracking and closure within agreed service levels.
2. Assist in tracking and maintaining records of clean laptop inventory.
3. Support scheduling and coordination of appointments for IT-related activities and operations.
4. Maintain and update asset inventory records in the storeroom accurately.
5. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support IT operations.

• Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or IT support role.
