Manufacturing Engineer / Project Engineer (Automation Machinery)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and hands-on individuals to join our team as either a Manufacturing Engineer or Project Engineer, supporting automation machinery projects. • Support production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to automation machinery
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assist in documentation, work instructions, and process standardization

• Manage and execute automation machinery projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure project timelines are met
• Prepare project schedules, technical specifications, and progress reports
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment
• Provide technical support and solutions during project execution
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline
• Experience in automation machinery, manufacturing environment, or project management preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn attitude
