Head/Assistant Head – Marketing Communications - YM
As the Head/Assistant Head – Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing, communications, and content strategies to elevate the brand presence of a leading organization. You will lead efforts across marketing, digital marketing, communications, and service quality, while fostering strong partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and social media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all departments and channels.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness through traditional and digital marketing efforts.
- Oversee social media accounts, including content strategy and creation.
- Identify and explore emerging platforms and channels to engage target audiences.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and outcomes.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance and ROI of marketing and digital initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of communication strategies, including Public Relations, media outreach, and multimedia campaigns.
- Produce compelling content tailored for various audiences, including media, the general public, and strategic partners.
- Direct public relations activities such as drafting press releases, preparing executive speeches, and managing media inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong media relationships to enhance brand recognition and recall.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage crisis communications, including the development of proactive communication plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Marketing Communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication and strategic planning.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
