Procurement & Supplier Management

Assist in planning and executing procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Request quotations, compare prices and terms, and support negotiations to secure the best value and delivery timelines.
Monitor purchase orders (POs) for accuracy and timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tracking their performance, delivery quality, and service levels.

Order & Inventory Coordination

Process purchase requests, issue POs, and maintain accurate procurement records.
Track delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely receipt.
Assist in inventory monitoring and collaborate with production/warehouse teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Analysis & Process Improvement

Consolidate and analyze procurement data, pricing trends, and supplier performance to support cost control and decision-making.
Assist in developing or optimizing procurement processes, SOPs, and policies to improve efficiency and compliance.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, Project, and Production teams to ensure accurate communication and fulfilment of procurement requirements.
Support invoice reconciliation, contract issues, and other procurement-related administrative tasks.

Other Duties

Prepare procurement reports and updates for management.
Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer or management related to procurement and supply chain operations.
