About the Role

You will gain exposure to requirements gathering, process design, data analysis, and SAP Fiori, while developing your expertise in business analysis within a collaborative environment.

• Analyze business models, processes, and systems, ensuring integration with technology solutions.
• Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state processes or business solutions.
• Research, gather, and synthesize information to support solution design.
• Actively participate in discussions and provide recommendations to solve business problems.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop detailed documentation to support analysis and design activities.
• Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Create process maps and visual representations to improve clarity and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design.
• Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori is preferred, though prior hands-on knowledge is not mandatory.
• A proactive team player with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
