Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Florist / Event Stylist to join our team at XOXO & Co. You will play a key role in bringing weddings and events to life — from floral arrangements to full styling setups.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings and events.
• Assist in styling event spaces (ceremonies, receptions, corporate events).
• Work closely with the team to execute event décor themes.
• Maintain flowers and décor items, ensuring high presentation standards.
• Support in logistics, packing, setup, and teardown after events.

Requirements:

• Experience in floristry or event styling preferred (training provided for suitable candidates).
• Strong sense of design, color coordination, and detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on setup work.
• Responsible, team player, and able to work independently when required.
• Work Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 44 hrs per week.
• Possession of Class 3/3A license is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• $2,300 – $2,800/month (depending on experience).
