Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide day-to-day IT support across all departments and office locations.
  • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, network switches, and backup systems.
  • Plan and implement IT initiatives in line with the Company’s business and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system implementation, maintenance, and testing activities.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and warranty information.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software licenses while ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Execute IT infrastructure upgrades and hardware lifecycle replacement projects.
  • Facilitate staff onboarding, offboarding, and provide Tier 1/2 technical support, including provisioning Lark accounts, configuring access rights, and ensuring day-one readiness for new joiners.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, promptly address faults and operational issues, and ensure stable equipment and platform operation including Lark workspace health and integration uptime.
  • Handle various IT-related matters for the Company, including office software technical support, system account management, network configuration, and administration of the Lark workspace — covering messaging, video conferencing, cloud storage, calendar, and document collaboration — to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Design, build, and maintain Lark approval flows and automated workflows to support internal business processes across procurement, HR, finance, and operations, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical workflow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Lark bots and integrations using the Lark Open Platform API to automate notifications, data collection, and cross-system workflows, and conduct staff training to drive adoption of Lark features and tools.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers to track delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, ensuring that equipment meets business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Willingness to travel to other countries as required for urgent IT equipment issues or supplier inspections.
  • Familiar with a wide range of IT equipment brands and models, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with experience working with suppliers from different countries.
  • Hands-on experience in IT equipment testing and maintenance, preferably within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks in a structured and organized manner.
  • Experience as a Lark workspace administrator, including user provisioning, access control, and workspace configuration across messaging, calendar, cloud storage, and document collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building Lark approval flows and automated workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical Lark solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Lark Open Platform API and basic development skills (Python or JavaScript preferred) for bot and integration development.
