Internal Communications & Design Specialist - Up $6.5K
Work Location: Pasir Panjang, Mapletree Business City
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30AM - 6.00PM, Fri: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design internal communication materials (e.g. EDMs, visuals, videos, presentations, intranet content).
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all internal messaging.
- Use various communication channels effectively to reach different internal audiences.
- Support company events with talking points, briefing notes, and materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align internal messaging with the company’s goals and image.
- Maintain a content calendar and track the effectiveness of communications using data and analytics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years' experience in communications or visual design.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing.
- Strong writing, design, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and a strong team player.
- A portfolio of past work is a plus.
