As a Resident Physician (Rehab/Palliative Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide symptom management and pain control for patients with life-limiting illnesses.
• Conduct assessments of physical, emotional, and psychological health.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage end-of-life care, advanced care planning, and family support.
• Address symptoms like pain, nausea, and anxiety.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare providers on palliative care.
• Work with other healthcare professionals in patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and progress notes.
• Contribute to clinical audits and care improvements.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Medicine or equivalent recognized by Singapore Medical Council
• Completed relevant specialty training in Palliative Care
