- Your Role
Luxury Sales Consultant (Junior & Senior)
You will:
- Represent Pearly Lustre as a Brand Ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling
- Build long-term relationships with local and international clients
- Confidently present product stories, craftsmanship, and design inspiration
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain elegant visual merchandising and boutique standards
- Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Support daily store operations and retail initiatives
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store sales team
- Support store performance, daily targets, and operational excellence
- Mentor junior staff and uphold service standards
- Assist with stock control, reporting, and merchandising execution
- Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in luxury jewellery, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands
- Strong sales performance with leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to manage team performance and store standards
- Passion for luxury, fashion, and customer service
- Strong learning mindset and positive attitude
- Willingness to be trained and developed
- Sales-driven, polished, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and reliable team players
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
