Job Description:
Social Media Content Strategy- Create and adapt the editorial calendar for Bacha Coffee’s global social media platforms by integrating the brand’s global activations and campaigns in line with the Marketing Calendar.
- Plan and execute Bacha Coffee’s social media strategy aligned with the brand’s global openings, launches and marketing calendar. Always prepared to prepare and deliver reactive content on top of scheduled posts.
- Identify User Generated Content (UGC) from all channels to post on owned channels, with permissions.
- Align, write and review content copy ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Develop and plan major campaigns for the brand’s social media platforms globally.
- Manage and publish content across Bacha Coffee’s global social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) during peak performance hours.
- Launch and manage new platform launches to further expand the brand’s presence on social media.
- Analyze performance reports and insights to regularly update the content and storytelling across platforms.
- Monitor daily community management across Bacha Coffee’s global social media platforms and follow-up on Customer Care matters’ resolution.
- Identify challenges, gaps, opportunities in current Community Management SOPs and suggest appropriate improvements and solutions to address them.
- Engage with mentions, reposts and messages from KOLs, influencers and content creators to continue building a strong relationship with all key profiles.
- Identification of suitable influencers and activations for Bacha Coffee’s key global markets.
- Lead all Influencer matters for key global markets with the relevant agencies.
- Facilitate influencer gifting requests and host influencers within coffee rooms and boutiques whenever required.
- Prepare and execute paid collaborations for Bacha Coffee in key global markets through agreement drafting, campaign execution and coverage tracking.
- Regularly update and clean up the Primary and KOL Databases for internal CRM tracking of influencer activations/mentions around the world.
- Manage A&P Budgets for Content Creation & Influence
- Draft and review all agreements for Social Media Content Creation & Influencer Management
- Process invoices related to Social Media Management, Content Creation & Influencer Management
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and industries in the Social Media and Influencer industries
