Project Manager (BMS & IoT) - Yishun

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (BMS & IoT) who will be responsible to manage organization of key client projects and accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

• Manage and oversee the implementation of Smart Estate Solutions for HVAC, Power Management, Water Management, Lift/Elevator, and Integrated Workspace Management tools from initial to a successful completion.
• Act as key point of contact in co-ordination with and consultation with the clients’ representative.
• Supervise and coordinate detailed design and architecture, procurement of the equipment/ancillaries, project cost control including testing and commissioning of the system across multiple teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team members, including the overseeing of all day-to-day project activities.
• Collaborate closely with clients on project status, risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and timelines to ensure projects meet specified timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
• Analyses, inspects, and reviews implementation problems to meet clients’ demand.
• Manage changes within project constraints, e.g., scope, resource and schedule.
• Proactively plan and allocate resources to ensure timely project delivery in accordance with the project schedule.
• Ensure all permits, legal documents are obtained prior to project commencement, and all works are carried out in compliance with the approved works program and as well as adherence to all health and safety standards.
• Keep the Management informed of critical issues and changes that could impact business outcomes, and propose alternative strategies to mitigate potential impact.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Building Technology) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in project management with at least 5 -7 years of project management experience in handling BMS/HVAC projects with the Software IoT solutions.
• Knowledge in project finance, cost control and resource allocation.
• Able to manage full project cycle independently.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IBMS, BMS, industrial automation, building ACMV systems.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, managers, and senior executives in a consulting context.
• Highly organized, meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives.
