Intermediate Interior Designer

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements
• Prepare space planning and design proposals, sketches and project schedules
• Coordinate tasks and ensure their completion within set timelines to achieve successful project delivery
• Select materials, décor, furniture, lighting, and finishes within specified budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants on site

• Minimum 2 years of relevant interior design experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max (or equivalent)
• Understanding of basic principles of space planning and knowledge of furniture system, detail drawing and finishes
• Able to conceptualize and present design proposals to clients
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team or independently
