A leading retail company is seeking a Product & Marketing Assistant/Officer to join their growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and organized individual to support daily operations and play a vital role in driving business success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support sales and customer service teams with product ordering and operational coordination.
• Maintain and update product master price lists and article status.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, working closely with Finance to ensure timely payments.
• Proofread marketing collaterals, liaise with external vendors, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Assist in streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team and company initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1 years of experience in product management, marketing coordination, or related functions, preferably in the retail or FMCG industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
