Interior Designer

Responsibilities:
- To draw perspective drawings, AutoCAD drawings, 3D drawings.
- To meet clients to determine project brief and requirements.
- To prepare and plan for costing, design proposal, and project schedule.
- To liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure delivery of projects.
- To advise clients on costing, design refinement, and schedule, during course of project.
- To document administrative materials pertaining to the project.
- To ensure projects are completed according to clients’ satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Possess Certification/Diploma in Interior Design or At least 1 year experience in residential / commercial interior renovation
- Ability to conceptualize, illustrate, and present design proposals (residential / commercial)
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and creative.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Customer service oriented.
