Your Role: Branch Manager (Sales + Hands-On Expertise)
We are looking for a competent, responsible, and dynamic Branch Manager who thrives in both sales and treatment delivery. If you enjoy leading a team, achieving sales targets, and growing in a professional environment – this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth team coordination
- Lead and drive outlet’s sales performance, hitting monthly KPIs and growth targets
- Present sales performance reports to senior management regularly
- Develop and execute training plans for therapists to maintain high service standards and continuous improvement
- Perform hands-on treatments (facials, body slimming, or scalp therapy) as needed
- Handle therapist rosters, inventory, and treatment room readiness
- Maintain excellent hygiene and SOP compliance
- Motivate staff to upsell, foster strong team morale, and resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with directors and marketing team on promotions, events, and campaign execution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven sales track record in an aesthetic clinic or medspa
- Hands-on treatment ability is a must (facials, slimming, or scalp services)
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and highly responsible
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
