• Oversee daily operations

• Manage finances for both front and back of house

• Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma.

• At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in Construction and aircon services.
• Experience working with different team dynamics.
• Good leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Team player with effective communication skills at all level
