Operational Leadership

Oversee end-to-end operations including central kitchen, retail outlets, inventory, logistics, and daily workflow execution
Ensure all outlets and production teams maintain consistent product quality, presentation, and service standards
Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, food safety, productivity, and operational consistency
Monitor daily operational performance and resolve operational challenges proactively

P&L Ownership

Manage operational budgets, food cost control, wastage reduction, and labor productivity
Drive operational profitability, revenue streams and identify areas for cost optimization
Analyze sales and operational data to improve efficiency and business performance

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with Singapore food hygiene, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements
Maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards across all operations including central kitchen
Conduct regular audits and operational reviews

Market Growth & Expansion

Support business expansion plans, outlet openings, and operational scalability
Participate in strategic planning and process digitalization initiatives
Identify opportunities for operational innovation and continuous improvement
Work closely with marketing and product teams to support new launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
