About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth by managing client relationships, sales pipelines, and the delivery of tailored IT solutions. In this role, you will balance client needs with company capabilities to provide cost-effective, impactful solutions.

You will collaborate closely with both internal and external teams, identify new business opportunities, and proactively manage sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and familiarity with technologies in Networking, Optical Transport, AI-Driven Infrastructure, and Cyber-Resilient Data Fabric to deliver optimal results for both clients and the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast future business, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions that align with client needs and business goals, focusing on Networking, Optical Transport, AI Infrastructure, and Cyber-Resilient Data Fabric.
  • Present and communicate IT solutions effectively, highlighting both technical and business benefits.
  • Work with sales and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments, particularly in Networking, Optical Transport, AI Infrastructure, and Cyber-Resilient Data Fabric, to offer innovative solutions.
  • Develop strategies to drive new business opportunities, including lead generation, cross-selling, and up-selling services related to the company’s evolving solution portfolio.
  • Balance client, company, and business objectives, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or account management within the IT solutions and technology sector.
  • Strong ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast business, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and solution selling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and management teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and emerging technologies, particularly in Networking, Cloud Platforms, Optical Transport, AI Infrastructure, and Cyber-Resilient Data Fabric.
  • Ability to balance client needs, company capabilities, and business objectives.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing public sector, large accounts or strategic partnerships is a plus.
