About the role
ABLINK PTE LTD is seeking a talented Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our wide range of vehicles.
What you'll be doing- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised vehicle recommendations
- Demonstrate vehicles and highlight their features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate sales, handle customer inquiries, and close deals effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Thorough knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and the ability to match products to customer needs
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
