Business Development Executive (Specialist in Flooring) - Geylang

• Salary Range: $3,000 – $5,000 per month

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or marketing and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive company growth
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and customized proposals
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and positioning
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required
• 5 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing for flooring, construction, or related industries
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships
