About the Role

We are hiring for an Associate, Capital Markets Financing Middle Office to join a leading global investment firm’s Real Estate team on a 1-year contract. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and supporting financing and hedging activities within the Real Estate business.

• Support process improvements and drive operational efficiency for Real Estate financing and hedging activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create and implement a new platform to support a growing loan book and complex financing strategies.
• Design workflows for automation and digitization of financing approval processes.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technology developers to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions.
• Partner with the data analytics team to develop dashboards for covenant monitoring and analytics against internal guidelines.
• Manage data preparation and migration processes for platform onboarding.
• Maintain project documentation, track issues, and escalate risks when necessary.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, real estate, or capital markets middle office, with exposure to process design, data management, or workflow implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Skilled in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and bridge communication between business and tech teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of managing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate or capital markets products is a plus.
• Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
