We are looking for a confident Fine Jewellery Sales Associate/ Senior Sales Associate with excellent closing skills to join our luxury boutique. You will provide personalized service and confidently guide clients through high-value jewellery purchases.You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue through effective selling and closing techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to discerning clients
- Present fine jewellery with passion and product knowledge
- Handle objections professionally and close high-ticket sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships
- Proven strong closing skills in luxury or jewellery sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion, fine jewellery or luxury retail
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Passion for fine jewellery
