About the role
As a Technician – Engineering (Hotel / Facilities) at SEARCH COLLECTIVE', you will be responsible for providing essential engineering support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's hotel and facilities.This full-time role is based in the Singapore River Central Region.
What you'll be doing- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on building services equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other mechanical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialist maintenance and repair work
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide technical support and advice to hotel and facilities management teams
- Relevant technical qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an engineering technician, preferably in the hotel or facilities management industry
- Proficient in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building services systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
