Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:

Prepare consolidated financial statements for the Group and relevant sub-Groups.
Prepare supporting schedules for consolidation, including intercompany eliminations consolidation, adjustments and other schedules requite for financial reporting.
Liaise with subsidiaries' finance team to obtain reporting packages and supporting information and ensure timely submission for Group Consolidation.
Ensure financial reporting is prepared in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
Support external audit activities by preparing schedules and providing required information to auditors.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Consolidation or Audit.
Candidates from group consolidation or audit background would be an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP systems would be an advantage.
Experience in the manufacturing, commodities business would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese as this role requires to work with China stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
