Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Shipping Executive to oversee our shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all documentation and physical shipping operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate vessel chartering for shipments to various destinations, optimizing logistical efficiency.
• Manage contracts including FOB, CIF/CFR (import), Ex-Tank, Delivered, and consumer-packed transactions to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of port operations, maintaining high standards.
• Prepare and review shipment documentation to meet deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in bulk commodity shipping; experience in palm oil or trade is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of accounting, insurance, and shipping operations.
• Proficient in letters of credit and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to adapt to changes, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
