Customer Service Executive (Order Management and Sales Support) - Tampines

About the role

You will also work on improving processes and logistics arrangements, as well as maintaining office administration, operations, and support.

1. Manage and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
2. Monitor order statuses throughout the processing cycle, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth delivery, and update customers on order progress
3. Provide comprehensive sales support, including answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Meeting & Communicating important feedback/update from the customer internally with the sales team
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
7. Assist with other administrative and clerical duties as required

1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role
2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively assist customers who speak these languages.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce is an advantage
6. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
7. A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
