Role Requirements
Working closely with the Senior Account Manager(s) to achieve growth with turn key partners of their Key Accounts.
Drive new opportunities within and outside of the oil & gas market, new countries (as allocated by the Regional Director) by developing and diversifying our business
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for exploring new opportunities, whilst ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with existing customers, to ensure that their needs are being met
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
Collaboration with multiple parties in and outside the Company to build an effective business strategy
Develop and deliver growth strategies to increase the company’s revenue streams and increase industry awareness in our products, services & solutions
Monitor and evaluate industry trends, customer drivers, competitors’ developments in relation to commercial activities and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Perform market research and plan effectively for new business opportunities
Growing target markets such as Industrial, Aerospace Construction and many more
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.
Forecast and develop business plans that build account revenue.
Forecast stock requirements whilst ensuring target levels are maintained
Identify new supply chain partners (Mills, outworkers)

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Sales and an understanding of Operations
Good, clear management capabilities
Strong manufacturing background
Understanding of managing Inventory
Excellent Interpersonal and management skills
Ability to travel when required
