Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels to keep our strategies relevant and effective.
• Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine and creatives, audience targeting, and other campaign elements for maximum performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
• Review deliverables, and ensure vendors meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holder in Marketing/Business Management or relevant field
• Proven working experience in digital and social media marketing
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console analysis and tracking
• Possess a good attitude and works well with others
• Experience in the Education industry is an added advantage
