Your new role
As an Operations Executive (Trade Documentation), you will support the full spectrum of import and export shipping operations within the supply chain function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing all trade documentation required for international shipments, including L/C documentation, invoices, packing lists, BL instructions, and certificates.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, shipping lines, surveyors, and external counterparts to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Monitoring shipment schedules, tracking cargo movement, and assisting in resolving shipment‑related issues.
- Supporting post‑shipment activities such as reconciliation, document filing, and compliance checks.
- Ensuring all operational activities adhere to company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in trade operations, shipping documentation, or supply chain support within a commodity trading firm.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy and timelines are critical.
