Maintain and update all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) documents at various project sites, including but not limited to:
- Risk Assessments (RA)
- Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- Safety checklists and permits
- Inspection reports, training records, and equipment certificates
- Ensure filing and version control of safety documents (both soft and hard copies)
- Support in document submission to main contractors
- Coordinate with site Safety Supervisors / Coordinators to collect daily and weekly safety reports
- Maintain and update training matrix for all employees.
- Track expiry dates of safety courses (CSOC, BCSS, Lifting Supervisor, etc.) and arrange renewals
- Assist in arranging safety induction for project sites and application of the safety documents requirements
- Assist during internal and external safety audits or inspections for all project sites
- Any other duties delegated
