Role description:

As our Consulting Manager, you’ll lead recruitment projects, manage client relationships, and hunt for superstar candidates like a talent-savvy Sherlock Holmes. The beauty? You get to choose whether to work in your PJs at home or in our buzzing office (we promise good coffee).

This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who thrives on results, freedom, and the sweet sound of “You’ve been hired!” from happy candidates.

• Proven track record in agency recruitment, consistently meeting or exceeding placement and revenue targets.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
