Assistant QC Chemist (1 year contract)

Reporting to: Asst QC Manager/QC Supervisor

• ? $3000 - $3900/Transport Allowance: $140/ month/ Site allowance: $220/ month
• ?Jurong Island
• ? 8.30am - 5.15pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and conducting hands-on analyses to support the set-up of instruments in the QC laboratory.
• Conduct analytical method validation, review data and troubleshoot reliability issues of instruments.
• Review and upkeep Quality, Safety and training documents of instruments in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
• Comply with laboratory safety guidelines and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Asst QC Manager/QC Supervisor

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• More than 2 years of working experience in laboratory related functions.
• MUST HAVE METHOD VALIDATION & METHOD DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
• Knowledge and understanding of laboratory operation, equipment (GC, HPLC, GPC, FTIR, Titrators), software (Openlab) and systems (LIMS).

• Jurong Island | ? Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm | ? $200 Site Allowance + AWS & VB

We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant to perform lab testing, quality control analysis of raw materials and finished goods, and maintain lab equipment. You’ll also support reagent preparation, waste management, and equipment calibration.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years or 5+ years in manual wet chemistry/manual lab testing
• Willing to work OT on weekdays/weekends/PH/midnight as needed
