Key Responsibilities/:

• Lead and drive strategies and transformational programs for Regional PB/Wealth

• Implement and execute WMO projects and initiatives, including the design of the target

• Partner with the business at MTJ to drive PB/Wealth business growth plans and

Requirements/:

• Deep experience in PB/Wealth Business, operations, and change management.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills; strategic thinker; hands-on and delivery

• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 15 years of experience working in

• Experienced in designing and implementing complex transformation programs,
