Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary procurement partner to division leadership across Asia, providing visibility on supplier performance, spend, and risk.
- Coordinate and resolve cross-divisional supplier issues, including emergencies and critical supply disruptions.
- Ensure alignment of procurement activities with S&OP, proactively managing raw material shortages and mitigation plans.
- Support cost savings initiatives and optimize site-level purchasing in alignment with global category strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve inventory management and service levels.
- Provide strategic input into category management, ensuring supplier continuity and effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and coach regional procurement talent, strengthening capabilities and driving alignment with global procurement practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 8 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing
- Strong Stakeholder Management
