Engage and qualify prospects through outbound calls, scheduling consultations, and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions.
- Manage objections professionally and guide clients through the decision-making and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate lead records and communications using CRM tools and WhatsApp for Business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while continuously improving sales techniques and market knowledge.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of consultative sales experience in high-value or service-based industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups and closing.
- Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with structured sales processes.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
