Job Description
  • Assist director in daily business management, schedule & coordination
  • Handle full-set accounts, bookkeeping, invoicing, expenses tracking, financial reporting
  • Prepare financial statements, cash flow, profit/loss summaries
  • Manage digital & internet marketing: social media, online platforms, content updates
  • Assist in business development, client liaison, partnership outreach
  • Data entry, document control, report writing & presentation preparation
  • Office administration, procurement, inventory & operational support
  • Ad-hoc projects & duties assigned by director
  • Agree to occasional business travel as required
  • Adapt to flexible working arrangements to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (strong academic record preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace
  • Familiar with online marketing, social media operations, e-commerce basics
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills; able to handle accounts & data independently
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills
