Senior Executive (Contracts)

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Executive (Contracts) to support and protect the company’s contractual and commercial interests across projects.

• Review and advise on client-issued Letters of Appointment and consultancy agreements.
• Identify key contractual and commercial risks and flag negotiation points during tender and bidding stages.
• Draft and manage back-to-back sub-consultant agreements.
• Support Project Directors on variation letters, additional services, and fee adjustments.
• Provide contractual input during fee proposals and RFP clarifications.
• Act as an internal advisor to project teams on contract interpretation and contract rights.

You will work closely with BD, Project Directors, and internal teams, focusing on consultancy contracts

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience, ideally from a QS or cost consultancy background.
• Comfortable reviewing contracts and discussing risk, scope, and fee matters.
• Keen to move into a consultancy-side contract advisory role.

This role is suitable for QS or cost consultancy professionals who want to move away from pure cost management into a broader consultancy-side contract role. The position starts as a Senior Contract Executive, with the opportunity to grow into a Contract Manager role over time.
