Construction Project Manager

Salary : $6,500 - $8,000

Job Descriptions:

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
• To attend site meetings with client and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues.
• To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main Contractor.
• To prepare monthly Cashflow, Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, etc.
• To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.
• To prepare Method of Statement as and when necessary, for specific works.
• To manage workers’ working time and do not work unnecessary overtime. Any overtime works must be first approved by the Managing Director before commencement.
• To report daily progress and weekly progress status to project director.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Director.
