Clinical Application Specialist (Professional Education) - Bukit Merah - ref. e38245515
You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of advice and assistance on the usage of therapy devices and products to end users including conducting training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team to ensure that they are familiar with and confident in using the products.
Specifically, you will- Support clinical team cases competently and promptly.
- Support in analysing customer feedback on clinical application services which, in turn leads to case management improvement projects to increase efficiency.
- Assist to train new sales and clinical staff on the features and applications of the products, respond to questions posed by the customers, providing on-site guidance where needed.
- Conduct training for the end users to ensure they are familiar with and confident in using the products.
- Co-organise trade shows, courses and events with sales and marketing team, for areas related to product applications and usage.
- Collaborate with Regional Product Managers/Specialists and Business Unit Managers to develop training materials and competency assessment documents.
- Review and update clinical application contents, training materials and quizzes in the Learning Management Platform to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date and systematically presented.
You should have a Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Engineering or Science, have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as Bio medical/Healthcare/rehab or Homecare experience preferred. Having a growth and change mindset, demonstrating strong ownership towards execution and result as well as able to work well in a team-based environment are desirable attributes for the role.
