Job Description

We are looking for 2 responsible and proactive Admin Executives (Sales Support) to support our sales and rental operations. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries for equipment sales and rental
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with operations team on equipment availability and delivery
  • Follow up with customers on quotations and orders
  • Handle basic customer issues, complaints and claims
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Assist in updating customer database and records
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level / Nitec / Diploma
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and handling enquiries
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers is an advantage
  • Responsible, organised and willing to learn

Working Hours

Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday: Office Hours
