Job Description

As an Engineer specializing in Projects and Services, your roles involve:

• Design and Development: You will be responsible for developing designs that meet project requirements in collaboration with the project team.
• Implementation: You will carry out the deployment of the in-house system (e.g., Intercom, Nurse call and Speed Enforcement System), work also include coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: You will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the system to meet standards and resolve issues.
• Documentation: You will create and maintain technical specification, user manuals, work instruction and other documentation related to the project.
• Stakeholder management: You will manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project status, risks, and issues, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Quality Control: You will perform regular quality control checks and audits to ensure system meet required quality standards and take corrective actions, as necessary.
• Maintenance and Support: You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance works on the system you have deployed. This will involve performing routine checks, identifying, and resolving issues, and conducting repairs or replacement as necessary to ensure that the system continues to function effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall on-site & off-site technical & system support for the implementation, testing, commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting of ELV system e.g. IP intercom, Nurse Call and Speed Enforcement System.
• Carry out system testing for acceptance, compliance, warranty and other types.
• To analysis and troubleshoot of the ELV System with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Prepare documentation, test plan and work instruction based on the system deployed.
• Implementation and Maintenance the system and services at clients’ site/premises
• Interface with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, and Management) to complete the assigned job duties within deadlines
• Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated strong software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Good Knowledge in IT knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting IT network and ELV system.
• Knowledge of Intercom, Nurse Call and Traffic Enforcement System configuration would be an advantage.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Preferrable 2 to 3 years working experience.
• Good communication, writing and presentation skill.
• Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering related
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
