RF Engineering Assistant Manager(Jurong)

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver robust solutions from concept through deployment.

• Lead the end-to-end design of RF receivers and transmitters, including architecture definition, component integration, signal processing, and performance optimization for military communication systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RF engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure delivery in line with project schedules and budgets
• Perform RF simulation, modeling, and validation using tools such as ADS, HFSS, and MATLAB; oversee prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement in laboratory and field environments
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and compliance reports to support internal reviews and military audits
• Identify and manage technical risks to ensure design robustness under harsh environmental conditions, including temperature extremes, vibration, and radiation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in RF circuit design, including mixers, oscillators, filters, amplifiers, and antennas
• Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso, and scripting or programming in Python or C++ for design automation
• Working location is in Jalan Boon Lay
