Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in expanding the firm’s client base, mentoring lawyers, and driving strategic growth within their area of practice.

Job Requirements:

• Deep legal expertise in one or more of the following areas: Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Capital Markets.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong interpersonal; and communication abilities, with a talent for winning trust and building long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic growth.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and experience navigating the Asian legal and business landscape.
• Academic and professional qualifications to practice law, with a strong track record of excellence.
• Established client base or a portable book of business is an advantage.
