Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Airfreight Operation Executive to manage day-to-day airfreight activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of cargo through efficient documentation, coordination, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Handle daily airfreight export and import operations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs to ensure seamless logistics flow.
Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), export/import permits, and customs declarations.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor cargo movements, manage bookings/space arrangements, and provide status updates to customers and vendors.
Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with Dangerous Goods (DG) and airfreight regulations.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with airfreight documentation, customs procedures, and freight management systems.
