Role Overview- As Regional Sales Manager/ Director - APAC, reporting to the head of APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with sell-side banking and capital markets clients across the region. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building new business, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering strategic technology solutions to investment banking and trading desks.
- Own and execute the sales strategy for APAC, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, broker-dealers, and capital markets firms
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers across trading, risk, operations, and technology functions
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and executive teams to tailor solutions and accelerate adoption
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Profile
Requirements- Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience in capital markets technology, trading platforms, or investment banking solutions
- Proven track record of selling into sell-side institutions across APAC
- Deep understanding of trading workflows, risk management, and operations in capital markets
- Hunter mentality with strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills
- Based in Singapore with willingness to travel across APAC
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Base salary up to SGD 250,000, with additional commission opportunities that can double the base.
