Role

Accounts payable supports the finance backbone of the company by overseeing core financial administrative coordination, payments, and documentation. The role ensures that all finance processes supporting operations, finance, and compliance are organized, accurate, and executed efficiently, while providing structured support to the COO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate accounts payable processes including invoice verification, documentation, and payment preparation.
Maintain organized financial documentation and liaise with operational staff and accountants for bookkeeping and reporting.
Prepare payroll inputs including staff attendance records, claims, allowances, and payroll documentation.
Ensure documentation and filing systems remain structured and accessible.
Liaise with external parties including corporate vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
Provide administrative and operational support to the COO and CEO where required.
